RRA Record Keeping
Collection Agency Annual Record Keeping
In accordance with the Resale Right for Visual Artists Regulations 2024 (Section 26), RRA is required to keep records relating to resale royalties, and publish them annually for each financial year.
The RRA financial year is the same as the calendar year. The reporting period for the Financial Year 2024 runs from when the legislation came into force (1st December 2024) until the end of the RRA financial year (31st December 2024).
